Reducing Anxiety
Management Plans

A collaborative, compassionate approach to supporting children who are finding it harder to manage their emotions, engage with learning, or build relationships in educational settings.

A Reducing Anxiety Management Plan (RAMP) is a collaborative approach to supporting children who may be finding it harder to manage their emotions, engage with learning, or build relationships. Drawing on our understanding of neurodevelopment, attachment, and trauma, we create personalised plans that help children feel safer and more regulated in educational settings.

This is not just about behaviour. It is about understanding what children are communicating and what they need to feel safe and supported, and then working together with families and schools to make that happen in a practical, sustainable way.

💛
Compassionate understanding
We take time to understand each child's unique experiences, strengths, and challenges. Every plan begins with genuinely getting to know the child.
🤝
Collaborative working
We bring together the expertise of parents, school staff, and other professionals. Everyone's knowledge and experience is vital to this process.
